Return and Replacement Policy (Local Delivery - Jamshedpur)
We strive to ensure your supplies reach you in perfect condition. Since we deliver locally across Jamshedpur, we offer a flexible "Check-at-Door" policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free.
1. Returns at the Time of Delivery
We encourage all customers to inspect their order upon arrival.

No Questions Asked: If you are unhappy with any item, you can hand it back to our delivery partner immediately.

Instant Refund/Adjustment: The item cost will be deducted from your bill on the spot, or a refund will be initiated if pre-paid.
2. Category-Specific Return Rules
Once the delivery partner has left, return eligibility depends on the type of product:

3. Replacement Policy
If you find a defect or realize you ordered the wrong item, we offer a 2-day replacement window.

Condition: Items must be unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging.

The "Used" Rule: If a product (like a pen, marker, or notebook) shows any signs of use or if the seal is broken, it will not be eligible for replacement.

Process: To request a replacement, contact our local Jamshedpur helpline. Our team will verify the item and swap it during our next delivery run in your area.
4. Important Notes for Jamshedpur Deliveries

Delivery Charges: If a replacement is requested due to a "change of mind" (and not a defect), a nominal convenience fee of ₹30—₹50 may apply for the second trip.
